A tributary valley with tight bends enters broad-floored Shalbatana Vallis. One steep slope may once have been a waterfall. A channel on its floor reaches a flat delta. A crater at the top of the main valley wall has partly collapsed into the valley, creating a long landslide. You have undertaken to explore this landscape: draw an expedition route from the landing site and mark stops suitable for resting. You can also organise separate excursions in several directions from the landing site.
