Traces of water wherever you look. Deep, broad valleys coming from the Argyre basin beyond the lower edge of the map; branching, intricate valley systems; lakes; alluvial fans around the inner slopes of craters: all are signs of water flowing on the surface. But when you examine them, they are all dry. Even the rocks no longer remember water. Dust and sand fill your boots.
